I said western medicine has merely identified the chemical activity in the body of a clinically depressed person. You could say they managed to discover it, isolate it and give it a name. But they went on to treating it with counter chemicals; that works no doubt, but they don't tell you/ know themselves what exactly caused that undesired chemical activity in the first place and how to avoid its recurrence. <br />You can't do yoga during a cardiac arrest, but if you started it early enough you can put off that cardiac arrest by several several years. We lead a crappy quality/extremely unbalanced life compared to 3 generations back. With extremes and unhealthy abundances of all kinds. Yoga has a stabilising effect on the mind and body. And even i don't why why i'm advocating yoga like this cos i'm not an ardent practitioner of yoga myself. But I'm using it as a shorter word for "stabilising agent", i'd be glad if you could come up with alternative stabilising agents.Nishilnoreply@blogger.com
